We are now taking reservations for units in buildings two and beyond. Phase One includes three more buildings, for a total of four buildings. The next three buildings will be built consecutively and Phase One is anticipated to be completed by 2024. Residents of building two can expect to move in 12-24 months after construction begins.

Pre-construction pricing is available and prices are expected to increase once construction begins.
